Timeline of Daily Activities
Throughout our treatment program, days are structured so that individuals can remain focused on their recovery journey at all times. While scheduling may differ each day, an example of the average day for the patient in our care may include a routine like:
Rise & Shine
8:30am This is your time for your morning routine – grab a cup of tea, tidy your space and get ready for the day. “Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” – Benjamin Franklin
9:00am Meditation is an opportunity for contemplation, reflection and mindfulness. We assist patients to set and achieve meditation goals, and inspire them to adopt post-rehab meditation practices as a part of a new healthy, vibrant lifestyle.
Groups at Simple Path Recovery
10:00am – 1:00pm Now is time to break out into groups with fellow Simple Path patients and develop healthy friendships. This is the time to combat loneliness, gain confidence and find peace in sobriety.
1:30pm – 2:30 pm During treatment we encourage our patients to carry recreational activities into post-rehab. Take advantage of all our amenities at Simple Path Recovery including our basketball courts, beach access, group fishing, bowling trips and more.
Job Search & Fitness
2:30pm – 5:00pm Every other day, this time will be dedicated to focusing on your job search and your health. We want to help you achieve your professional and personal fitness goals. Physical fitness is known to diminish cravings, relieve depression and prevent you from relapse.
Dinner Time & House Meeting
5:00pm – 7:00pm Enjoy group meals including weekly house dinners and monthly celebration BBQs. Proper nutrition is a vital part of healthy rehabilitation and helps in managing withdrawal symptoms and restoring physical health.
12 Step Meeting
7:00pm – 9:00pm Our 12-step program guides patients while they are in recovery and helps them develop a support system that they can rely on during post-rehabilitation.
10:00pm After a full day at Simple Path Recovery, this is your time to unwind and relax before bed.
